Our office on Sherif Street in Cairo's Abdin District is open Sunday through Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 local time, and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. Friday is a rest day in Egypt; enquiries received on Friday are processed first thing Sunday morning.
